Artemis Business Care attended the masterclass “Intuition for CEOs: How to Thrive in an Uncertain World”, organised by the Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) in collaboration with iRiS Intuition at the Federation of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh on 27 April 2026.

This high‑level session was specifically designed for CEOs and senior executives operating in Saudi Arabia, focusing on intuition as a strategic capability to navigate fast‑changing, complex environments. Framed within today’s volatile geopolitical and economic context, the masterclass explored how intuitive intelligence can complement data and analysis to support faster, sharper and more confident decision‑making when information is incomplete or ambiguous.

Led by Dr. Alexis Champion, Founder and Director of iRiS Intuition, the masterclass presented intuition not as a vague “gut feeling” but as a trainable cognitive skill grounded in research and real‑world corporate applications. Participants were invited to reflect on how to integrate intuition into their leadership practice, particularly when steering strategy in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly transforming business landscape and responding to regional uncertainty.

Around 70 participants gathered at the Federation of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh, creating a rich environment for discussion among Saudi and international leaders. The program combined a keynote session, Q&A, and a networking coffee break, allowing executives to exchange views on leadership, resilience and decision‑making in the Kingdom’s evolving business ecosystem.
